 The FOURTH place prize is a gift certificate for a pair of tickets to Yoshi's Jazz Club in San Francisco. Yoshi’s is located in the historic Fillmore District near Japantown, a destination for music and food lovers alike. The gift certificate will be exchanged for pair of tickets of the winner’s choosing, with a value of up to $60 each ticket (a total value of $120).

Tickets can be purchased by mailing in this form, online (only available for purchase in batches of $25 for six tickets), or in-person from designated RAMS staff.

Raffle Drawing:
The Raffle Drawing will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at a reception in San Francisco.  You need not be present to win.  More details to come.

If winners are not present at the Raffle Drawing Reception, they will be notified by phone and email (based on the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase). The winning names will also be posted on the website shortly after the drawing.
