ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF STREET HEALTH

Lombeh Harrison, is a licensed family and marriage therapist, and Associate Director of the Street Health Team. A recent addition to the RAMS team, Lombeh brings a wealth of experience in community-based behavioral health care, with a strong focus on equity, field-based engagement, and systems-level collaboration.

Lombeh has worked across diverse settings in the Bay Area, including substance use treatment at Aegis Treatment Centers, community-based individual and family therapy through the Multidimensional Family Therapy program at Lincoln Families, and school-based mental health services at La Cheim School. She has also provided crisis response services with the Street Crisis Response Team, street-based behavioral health care and care coordination with the BEST Neighborhoods program, crisis stabilization for children ages 5-17 at Edgewood Crisis Stabilization Unit, and emergency psychiatric care at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital – Mission Bay.

In her current role, Lombeh provides clinical supervision, supports program development, fosters interagency partnerships, and oversees field-based care coordination for highly vulnerable populations. She is committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and harm-reduction approaches that center client autonomy and dignity.

Lombeh holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. Outside of work, she enjoys family, traveling – especially to her favorite city, New Orleans – writing, chasing sunrises and sunsets with her iPhone, and spending time with her cat, Mecca.
