Workshops for your company

We provide workshops for the workplace in areas such as diverse workforce issues, performance related stress, giving and receiving feedback, cultural sensitivity, diversity in the workplace, conflict resolution, supervisor and management skills training and much more. Each training is customized to your specific work environment and team.

Mental Health Consultation and Presentations for Non-Profit Organizations

Whether your organization is looking to start a new mental health program, supporting current programs, or expanding services within your community, AFI can help. We provide culturally competent and professional mental health consultation services with the goal of promoting mental health awareness.

Parenting Workshops and Consultation for Schools

We aim to assist families in building strong foundations for their children and engaging in their communities by providing parenting workshops, counseling for families experiencing stress and anxiety, and early childhood education consultation. We promote parenting as a collaborative effort where both parents and children have a significant role. Workshops are family-centered, interactive, and introduce families to a type of parenting that balances Eastern and Western philosophies and experiences. Workshops are available in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and other languages.
