We would like to extend our most heartfelt gratitude to the Sierra Health Foundation for its transformative grant of $100,000 through its Behavioral Health Telehealth Project! The Behavioral Health Telehealth Project is funded through the Department of Health Care Services and administered by The Center at Sierra Health Foundation.
Clinicians at our Adult/Older Adult Outpatient Clinic and our Children, Youth, & Families Outpatient Clinic have provided telehealth services since Shelter-in-Place orders were instituted this Spring. Combined, the programs provided 60,000-70,000 service units per month, primarily through video and phone, for 500+ unduplicated clients.
We are incredibly grateful to the Sierra Health Foundation’s grant, which has funded new video conferencing subscriptions, telephone systems, computer hardware and PPE. We look forward to our continued partnership into the next year and to the amazing work our staff can continue to do.
